What is a Notary Public?
A notary public is a person commissioned or appointed by the Secretary of State to serve the public as an impartial witness by identifying persons who come before the notary. The most common function of the notary is to prevent fraud by attesting that a person actually signed a document. Our Promise to You
I started Notary Signing Now to provide a convenient and trustworthy service for my clients. After my family needed several sensitive documents notarized for my mom during a hospitalization, I realized how stressful this situation can be for many families. It is often not possible to travel to a bank or other location to have something notarized. Time can be of the essence as extremely important decisions might need to be made for a loved one's care or financial needs. I hope to make these types of situations go as smoothly as possible with discretion and compassion.
